#FACupMusic was another original Shoot Music Promotion with The FA. Here is how it unfolded during the 2015 season…
The #FACupMusic matchday initiative ran during the 2015 FA Cup competition, bringing the latest music releases direct to the terraces at FA Cup games across England & Wales. The artists taking part were all fans of the beautiful game, adding their euphoric and adrenaline-filled music to the excitement of #FACup matchday.
The 2015 FA Cup Final fans were in for an extra treat though as this initiative reached its climax. Wembley played host to exclusive music from Muse, Blur & Leftfield, featuring tracks and remixes never played in stadium before! Here’s the full playlist:
The matchday playlist also featured the latest releases by The Chemical Brothers, Noel Gallagher, Stereophonics, Olly Murs, DJ Fresh, Mumford & Sons and other top name artists, many of whom have taken part in #FACupMusic during 2015. #FACupMusic is a joint initiative of the Football Association and Shoot Music and has featured an array of artists from Foo Fighters, Paul Weller, Imagine Dragons, Lethal Bizzle, The Vaccines, Simple Minds, Kaiser Chiefs to Catfish And The Bottlemen. Throughout the #FACupMusic campaign, fans have been voting for their favourite songs via social media.
